The digital age offers new business patterns. Their success is represented by the procurement of the necessary information, its processing and the completion of transactions in real time. Companies have not yet been able to benefit from the advantages of the e-business. Although the information exchange and negotiations had been carried out over the Internet, a critical point was reached when documents had to be printed and signed manually, then sent to their receiver. We are witnessing a transformation of the society at present, from one based on papers and written documents into an electronic one.
